Thanks for this. However, I got an error on the dropdown results where it shows "undefined". Although the number of "undefined" is equivalent to the number of searched items. Please help me on this.

Great tutorial! One question: I am typing in lower case, and matching letters at the beginning of a phrase are displaying as LOWER case. Why is this?

Excellent. Thanks a lot. I am an intermediate level learner. It helped me a lot for an ongoing project of mine. I did the same thing but only with JS a new learning for me. One more thing it will be more beneficial if you add another feature to this application by showing other fields of the clicked suggestion in the same span tag(search_result).
