If the govt increases interest rates by 1% instead of 0.25% few times then the prices would have fallen. Both real estate and food inflation. Increasing interest rates by 0.25% each time the govt is increasing inflation.

Try price caps like how poor countries does it, then, and the world will watch how the UK will experience a food shortage. Can't believe that these people have degrees.
