I just noticed at 3:23 that when everyone is welcoming Alastor when he starts to sing Lucifer says “Not this guy” in the chorus 😭😂

I just realized. A big detail. Charlie wanted to call the hotel the Happiness Hotel. but even when it's repaired, she keeps the name "Hazbin". She clearly trusts Alastor to SOME extent, to keep the name HE gave it.

It's possible the end part with Alastor saying they will "do it with a smile" was just a vision or something. Currently, I think Alastor is trapped somewhere. He said the place he was in reeked of death. Guess we will find out.

Theory: The "he" that Charlie is referring to could MAYBE be Angel Dust, the way she says "letting you down" and "He gave me his trust", who gave their trust to Charlie? Angel did, he trusted that this would work, so he fought selflessly to protect the hotel, BUT THEN, Lute shows up and kills him, if I'm wrong feel free to clown on me, but I think it's viable (they are probably just talking about Alastor tho)
