LED SHOE PROBLEM. ONLY HALF LIGHTS UP

MY LED SHOE ONLY HALF LIGHTS UP. IT IS A SHOE PROBLEM, NOT THE BATTERY PACK. I ALREADY TOOK THE BATTERY PACK OUT OF THE OTHER SHOE AND SWITCHED THEM AND THE PROBLEM REMAINS THE SAME ON THE SAME SHOE. NOT SURE HOW TO FIX THIS

Mystery LED strip breaks in half where the shoe bends...mine was broken on each side of the shoe..i guess the only way to fix is it to replace the LED strip yourself....

This happened to one of my shoes randomly today. I did nothing but took it out of my backpack after 2 days, plugged it in, thought it wasn't charging turned it on and noticed it did that. I am so angry and sad about this because I did nothing to them and I will look horrible at school with them as well. If anyone knows how to fix it PLEASE REPLY!!! 😭😢

Edit: btw if they are ruined I am not allowed another pair unless I save up myself, as my mom just bought them a couple weeks ago!!! 😡😡

Second edit: I feel like I sound so childish but it's true! For some reason I did nothing and it started working again. A FEW SECONDS AFTER I COMMENTED THIS OH MY GOSH!!! Although, im worried because if it happens again it will probobally be permanent!!! 😔Guys please be careful with these shoes!!! Im scared to wear them considering the fact that it probobally happens when you bend your toes/walk according to one of the comments in the comments section!! D:

Same thing happened to mine. I opened my shoe up and found where the led strip broke. Unsuccessfully I attempted to repair it. I'm buying a new strip and replacing the existing one. This time I'm not going to glue it as excessively. The shoe sole is flexible but the LED strip isn't as much.

my does that too, when i had it on one of them was one red light during i have purple lights on. then few days later, i ran upstairs at school. the other pair lights up half.

Surgery required.. Open the battery slot under the insole and see for connection.. If not then the wire is lose from the point at which the light stops. Make enough cut there to see.. That's what I'm gonna do

I have the same problem but my shoe
red =half
Green= Half
Blue= Full
Purple = Half purple half blue
Yellow = Half
Teal = Half Teal half Blue
White = Half White half Blue
I even switched the battery but still same result :/

Same thing happened to mine. I have the exact same shoes and the the exact same lights are out on the right shoe. I've tried contacting ledzkickz multiple times and they won't reply. Did you ever get yours working?
