Zach Johnson, the “Millennial Farmer” is a 5th-generation farmer who’s spent his life growing, working, and learning on his family’s farm. His wit and dry sense of humor appeal to children and adults alike. A product of the millennial generation, his appreciation of new technology blends with his old-fashioned work ethic, and he offers a unique ability to deliver his message in a way that resonates with lifelong farmers as well as those with no knowledge of agriculture.
With growing consumer awareness about where their food comes from, Zach has identified the need for an independent voice from the front lines of agriculture. Zach actively promotes agriculture by sharing his day-to-day experiences in the agriculture world while providing farmer-to-farmer education to help facilitate a collaborative conversation between farmers and the public.

Wait till the 'teenage' years. Makes the Ahole years look great. But I would love to go back in time to live them again. Mine are now 44 and 38. Miss doing things with them. Enjoy the early years as they go by so fast. God Bless your family - hope everyone is doing well. Take care 'Spin'

7/10th of rain is more than my 5/8 in the last 5 weeks in Ontario. Good luck to all farmers out there

At 6:20 I understood "Tinder" instead of "tender". Laughed very hard for 5 seconds. Watched it again and recognized the expectation that I have for this channel.

I have been watching and enjoying your farming activities for Months now. Seeing your attitude with your son allowing him to become familiar with what is farming life and operating modern machinery. I am totally envious of todays modern farming technology. I was raised on a very small farm in Michigan, we raised everything we ate, beef, pork, chickens, rabbit we had goats to milk as well as a cow. We raised all our vegetables which included popcorn, peanuts and potatoes. My Mom knew which plants in our woods that we could dig the roots and use for teas and cooking. Both of my parents also worked in a factory. We had two tractors one was a Farmall B and the other a John Deere B. The John Deere had to be started by spinning the flywheel by hand. My Father told me if I could start the John Deere I could use it to drag one of our fields. The John Deere had a hand clutch and I could stand up and run it because I could not reach the foot clutch on the Farmall. I was able to get it started and for sure did drag the field to get it ready to plant, this was 1949 and I was 7 years old.

Haha, yes!! The best parents aren't afraid to talk a little shit about their kids. Appreciate the realism.
