Let me tell you a one thing. No no one is in jail for strictly possession of marijuana. No one. I work for a PD In Alabama and we have plenty of possession of marijuana and Right tickets under a certain amount. The ones who go to jail or the ones who run or have a warrant during these stops. You can do all the pardon you want but That's not going to work on a state level

Joe! You the man. I agree 100% I received a felony at 19 because police officers on the board walk entrapped me into selling them a weed bag. As me and a friend strolled down the board walk a undercover yelled "got weed!" At first I thought he was trying to fight me based on how he yelled....then I asked 'what did you say' he then replied I said "got weed!?" And that's how they arrested me. The officer went so far as to wear a blunt in his baseball cap...I mistook him for a stupid college kid....instead he was a undercover preying on my naive self
