Thanks Chris! I’ve been using alphahydroxy products since the 1990s when my aesthetician told me about it. Their body lotion is great but can make your skin sensitive to the sun. I am a connoisseur of body lotions and I haven’t found anything better than Eucerin Advanced. Also I’ve been putting pure shea butter on my neck and that works really well. I live in the desert so I’m globbed up when I to go to bed at night!

Hydration hydration hydration. I'm 62 years old and have shunned the sun for as long as I can remember. Everything I put on my face goes on my neck chest and back of my hands. And nearly everything I put on my face is all about hydration.
I'd say my face texture is pretty much like my booty lol. I also use a high quality retinol that of course goes on my face neck chest and hands.
I will definitely look into the alpha hydroxy body products even though the skin on the rest of my body is quite soft. So happy to have found your channel 🥰

Hi Chris, I certainly don’t do enough exfoliating, I do love Alpha A, use their AHA lotion, but going to get the scrub & trying to get Retinol body.

I use a dry brush to exfoliate my skin as I love baths., I use my electrolyte water for them too as we dont need fluoride, chlorine etc in our skin. I use the Alpha Skincare 12% AHA Body Lotion after but my bottler has the thickest lotion I've ever seen, have to put e'lyte water in it to get it out. Is that normal or did I get a bad bottle from amazon? Thx Chris.
