These challenges are actually most interesting to me.

As an equivalent, I really enjoy Dark Soul's runs, where they're only allowed to use one move or weapon, because it creates those situations where you need to think outside the box to be successful.

And your challenge is even harder, because it's real people you face and they will know pretty quickly, what you're trying, which makes it easier to avoid.

rest-only is my go-to challenge to make the game interesting when the other person isn't a sweaty tryhard. main thing I can say is you really need to unlock your parry game, and you can bait people to roll in by jumping at them and then using your air drift to retreat back to roll distance.
