From my POV he's never gonna learn unless someone approaches him one on one allocates some spare time and explains some stuff to him. I think if one were to say something against the J3wish people they usually set you aside, they want to talk to you, take you to diff. events, explain stuff to you, have you meet diff. people ect. I think thats what's lacking you need to emulate that, as opposed to going on air and criticizing Skip doubt he's ever gonna learn. People have been going at him ever since "Cold Pizza" days, and that's way back and he's still the same. It needs to be more personal or organic. It needs to be outside of work, or when he's not on air. Pursuing a more personal route is the way to go.
