How can you memorize and differentiate between primary and secondary skin lesions such macule, papule, scale, and fissure?

my understanding of aspirin was not that it induced thrombocytopenia(low platelet from decreased production) but that it inhibits thromboxane which acts as a binding agent between platelets, thus preventing them from clotting to each other?
