So today, in this video, I will try to explain what it is and what it is not, who does it apply to and if anyone needs to worry about it.

As I always say, try to get your information directly from the sources, it will definitely help you avoid the confusion. Unfortunately there is a lot of media sources out there that are not reliable. For example, BBC published an article: Coronavirus: Trump signs order on immigration green card suspension. This is not true as you can see from the proclamation. Or, NY Times published article: Trump's 60-Day Ban of Green Cards Leaves Families Reeling ... again, there is no such ban of green cards.
