ULN2003A Darlington Transistor Kit ULN2003A is a Darlington transistor kit. Each device includes 7 Darlington pairs with an open collector and general output. Each 500mA channel may withstand 600mА peak current. It includes diodes suppressing an inductive load. Inputs may be switched to outputs for control simplification. These universal properties are useful in wide load range with electromagnetic valves, DC motor relay, etc. The kit is supplied in 16-pin plastic DIP-case with copper-plated legs reducing electrical resistance. The transistor kit has the following features: - Seven Darlington pairs in one case - Output driver current is 500mА (peck current is 600mА) - Output voltage is 50V - Integrated diodes suppressing an inductive load - Parallel connected outputs providing increased current capacity - TTL/CMOS/MOS/DTL-compatible outputs - Input/output switching for control simplification.
