My 2000 kodiak had a similar shitty air filter set up. Grease is your friend, and check it often. Picking up my 2021 Grizzly xtr next week, thanks for your work on the lean condition most new OHV’s have thanks to the EPA.

My 2014 responded to the programmer very well. Lost 20 miles to a tank but running way better and will hit the limiter when i have tried it.

Are there any gains to be had with just the airbox lid on a 2021? Not looking to add a fuel controller ideally.

I would also love to see you play around with the brute force 750, and the new kink quad.
Looking to buy one of the 3, had a 16 grizzly with your tuner and JBS clutch kit, was still unhappy with the power. Also had to have a new top-end due to the dirt getting sucked past the filter, luckily Yamaha warranty it. But still kind of an aggravation coming from a company that is supposed to be so reliable. Only reason I'm even considering the grizzly again is because of the comfortable seat and the way that thing rides. The Grizzlies are a very smooth comfortable riding quad and even when your aggressive and catching some pretty good air with it, it never did bottom out on me. So I can't help but considerate one, just don't want to be disappointed with lousy low-end take off. It would be really cool if you could at least do some Dyno testing on new king quad and a Brute Force just to get some true numbers and the differences between the three.

What were the hp gains with the slip on, fuel controller and airbox?

If I have access to ethenol free race full can I get a few extra HP out of the Grizz by increasing the timing?

Help lol I'm about to buy a brand new 2019 Grizzly but after watching your video I'm concerned. I never planned on doing any changes to the stock settings and I don't have a clue how to do all this should I be concerned with the stock settings will this quad's reliability go down hill without the upgrades? I plan on having it for a long time so I need to know will it last the way it is lol I'm astonished that any new atv would need to be tuned from the dealer. Thanks for your time I'd really appreciate an answer lol

How power robbing are those cvts? The horsepower at the crank seems significantly higher.

Love to see what the real HP of a Sportsman 850 and 1000 . Look at getting one or the other finding it hard to spin $2000 more for the 1000 to get 12 HP more.

When adjusting the idle fuel setting at “green blue” does the number correlate to fuel quantity or timing? I have a 17 grizz and I’m trying to bump up the idle fuel setting for the exhaust pop.

At 31 minutes you show adjusting idle fuel setting. Would this be the same on my 16?

Do you have kits available for 2020 grizzly?

Also... nice song, Ballad of Curtis Loew, in the background!

Sucks that the 708cc gave six more horsepower at the wheels with the same mods 😔

With 44 hp I probably wouldn't bother doing any more modifications. The 2019+ is a bit of a turd. Completely happy with my grizzly. But it would've been nice if they didn't go backwards when it came to horsepower.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a quiet exhaust that still flows well? I'm not looking to make my 19 Grizzly super loud.
