Just finished it and loved the story. The dialogue writing can be pretty cringe at times and there's this awkward flow to most scenes where characters stare at each other just a second or two too long before replying. Then there are glitches like missing footstep sounds for certain surfaces, some visual bugs as well. But for the most part it works. With all of these annoyances though, the story itself absolutely delivers. It makes it really easy to look past the game's shortcomings when the narrative is this good.

I'm keeping an eye out for this studio's future projects going forward for sure.

The writing in this game is phenomenal! I found it so unpredictable and so intriguing I couldn't drag myself away. I also love how they captured the atmosphere of the original theme while bringing it up to date.

Playing this game at the moment, at first I was just mildly interested, but then o my goodness I really don't want to spoil this for you, but all I can say is what a brilliant game, stick with it and you will be in for one hell of a ride

I think the slow. Down voice lines were the effect of cutting and pasting individual words.

That voice line was on purpose, she was supposed to be sounding hurt but it's just not done well. I think. Either way still definitely interested to play this game.

What a crap. Vertigo is one of the BEST movies ever made. I'm amazed that the movie title is not copyrighted. It's a shame that they can take that huge brand and kill it with that sh** game.

What happens to the cat after it kills veronica? Towards the end when you play as Ed theres no cat food bowl at the house or anything. Does anyone know? Also, can we talk about how the doctor herself who knows so much about psychology, emotions and people, is cheating on her partner with reyes? And reyes is again doing the same thing he did with Ed's mother? Dang
