I wish so much that here in my city in America we had street food available like this. We are blessed with marvelous taco trucks everywhere, but I have never seen Thai or Indian or Japanese or Chinese street food here. Imagine being able to walk out of your building and grab this dish on your lunch hour.

You can most definitely tell that he's a trained professional just from the way sets everything up.
Everything is in the exact same place as probably months ago or even years ago. Plus you can tell he's got so many tricks I'm sure. Not his 1st rodeo, keep up the GREAT WORK!!!
