Can I ask how you know it was a TOGA takeoff? It does absolutely happen, but the majority of takeoffs will be flexed in the Airbus. I’m only curious 😊😅

When I see that beautiful, graceful aircraft take off, it’s hard to imagine in April I spent 11 hours in one. A330-900 on the return. Why is flying so exciting and enjoyable!

"to/ga" is set at 96% on the A350 fleet; it is impossible to exceed that due to thrust restrictions to prolong engine life. I think all airline does this

Maximum power is seldom used on takeoff ... generally is around 80% to 90% range. Too hard on the engines ...
