Lomachenko is unquestionably the goods. And he had a lot to do with making an unbeaten world championship-caliber fighter look like an 8-round fighter. But the performance of Walters was disgraceful. And for him to quit like that will be a black mark on his career that will be awfully hard for him to bounce back from. He'll never be on HBO again and Showtime won't want him. Losing happens, but he lost in the worst way possible. Not to take away from Lomachenko, but Walters' heart was not in it.

Lomechenko is just too good. He will retire from this sport unbeaten. The dude is just too skilled, too smart, too athletic to ever lose. The only person that can beat Lomechenko is Lomechenko. He is so good it is going to be hard for him to get fights as a champion. He was fighting on the level of a Manny Pacquiao or Floyd Mayweather as an amateur. It only takes him an average of two rounds to figure his opponent out and then it is curtains. Dude is just too good.
