a year and a half into hrt. injectable i could no longer boymode. i transitioned in full view. let people talk. only when some one directly asked me if i was trans would i entertain questions. other than that i just stared at people who asked me silly things. i changed my name and gender on my bc and dl. and my ss. all in the course of three months. took everything into HR and laid it on the desk. this is who i am. I’ve been on HRT since I was 18, for over 5 yrs now, I’ve had rapid breast growth, especially when progesterone was introduced into my regimen. At a point I was unable to access treatment for about 7 months, in that time I feel as if my body has changed, meaning my breasts shrunk, and my fat distribution has changed. Now I’ve been consistent with my hrt and am experiencing the breast buds again, I’m still at a smaller size but I struggle with all the changes my body has been going through the last few years

Gonna throw in my own anecdote..

Started HRT at age 34, I'm about a year in. I was freaking out thr first 3 months, worried that I was gonna be outted at work. I still haven't been outted. Bout ready to come out on my own to them.

Very helpful video. I like that you mention that the results vary by individual. In my case I had breast growth within two weeks and it hurt like heck. For the first couple of months I had quick results but my doctor was having a very difficult time keeping my hormone levels where he wanted them. I went to a specialist and after many tests, they figured out that my body basically produces a lot of estrogen and even more estrone which is a weak form of estrogen. They switched me from pills to shots, to better control my hormone levels and it has made all the difference.

Im 53 and been on hrt a year and a half .. im very active and have a physical job in shipping and recieving... I eat healthy im at the top of my bmi at 5 foot 9 inches tall .. i have c cups and my boobs are definitely still growing ... My skin .. mentally have changed .. emotions .. i have a booty now and thighs and my face has gotten rounder ... I still do not pass but i sometimes do and am kinda in a androgynous stage but definitely keep getting more softer feminine features .. i present feminine at all times except for work but evryone at work knows .. i wear nail polish and tight sweatspants and tshirts women joggers .. and my boobs are very noticable but i own it .. i also constantly practice my girl vioce even in guy mode and in guy mode i not always but sometimes am refered to as she and am addressed as a woman while other times im called sir bro and stuff and referered by others as make .. i dont correct anyone and just go with it

When I was a child and shed my teeth along the road to puberty, more than one time my tooth became very loose and my gum was very tender. This discomfort caused me to be preoccupied with the tooth, causing great anxiety. My father, a
DDS, would grasp the tooth between thumb and forefinger and snap the baby tooth out so fast it feels out on the floor. I didn't even bleed. Want the discomfort if my breast buds hurt, I consider it a "rite of passage" I do not know how long it will be uncomfortable. I will wear a bra and hopefully that will be a comfort.

I was on hormones for a little bit and when my nipples started getting really sensitive and sore, I freaked out and got scared and stopped. But.. I wish i didnt stop. I think about starting to take them again all the time

I have always had mild gynecomastia. One breast is a C and one is a B. Just starting hormones. I'm hoping you can shed some light on how weather my condition will have any influence on matters.

Edit/ I should add that I had a lot of sensitivity during the bud phase and the seatbelt in my car was right there. a family member took notice and picked up a small pillow that clips to the seatbelt to help me out. They didn't know I was transitioning at the time, so people around me can be supportive without knowing. It helped me feel safer around and calm the anxiety and overthinking.

budding in my case took 6 weeks for me to notice the growth. just over 2years on HRT right now. wasnt painful but the ache was very noticeable for me, not the worst pain others might have but i got a small taste of it. currently large A/small B and it seems like that it for the time being, i will take whatever i can get in the next few years to my girls.

I was taking 6mg of estradiol orally every day and 100mg of spironolactone. Within two or three weeks my nipples got bigger...a lot bigger....incredibly sensitive and then they got erect 24/7 for months. I got small, grape sized tender lumps behind them that lasted about 6 months....and by the 8th or 9th month a bra was non-optional. I got measured as a 36 B cup at that point. A year later I was 36 C cup bra size. I love my feminized breasts...as does my cis gf.

Maybe my case is exceptional, I achieved the size D in 4 months and I had been for almost two and a half years between 38D and 38E, I have some periods while my breast hurts, same as when they were growing. I am 65 years old, and in my family the women don't have big breast.

After 6 months, mine are budding and are sore all the time. I have started to wear a sports bra which actually helps with the soreness, especially when I am walking. I was not expecting that my breast would be sensitive to the vibrations of walking. I guess I will find other things that I was not expecting as I transition.

I’ve a bit of sensitivity and soreness with a month of HRT but more than my breasts I’m concerned about the shrinkage of my she-nis and gonads that scare me. I’m enjoying the impotence and having to deal with male type arousal but I’m worried I won’t have any sperm for banking that I couldn’t do because of my mental state befor HRT and I also feel I won’t have enough skin left for vaginoplasty because of shrinkage. I also see that happens to a lot of trans girls. Please please advise! Thank you!
