Loved it when you said everyone is important in healthcare! This week I wrote on my rubbish/garbage bin lid "Thank you Bin Men, You're the first line in our Health Care" . If they stopped, the rubbish piling up would lead to vermin, disease... My Bin Men are so friendly and helpful too. I'm in Bramcote 4miles outside Nottingham UK.

TWIV helps me with my sanity . Thank you Doc Racaniello.
But damm Kaiser.
Speaking of sanitizer, Thank goodness I bought some hand sanitizers in different container back in February and hand wipes, Lysol spray and wipes, my husband should thank me for thinking ahead and he has not said thank you 😠 and being an OR nurse I have been enforcing disinfection practices and not allowing out side clothes shoes in the house proper and placed big air purifiers in the bedrooms and den and washing raw produce.

We have to watch out for our copper pipes 😆
About talking, yeah there was a test in Japan and it showed micron sized droplet by talking
My former nursing classmates who are in NY has posted on messenger and the ones intubated are mainly DNR

Cross protection among other corona viri. How about Canine CV? Has anyone checked up on the Veterinarian group to see if they are getting CovD-19 at higher or lower rates?

Anyone test inflammasome NLRP3 inhibition drugs such as OLT1177(dapansutrile) for SARS-CoV-2 induced cytokine storm? There are a lot of NLRP3 direct and indirect inhibitors, some are natural products which are safe to use.

I had dengue fever recently. On November 4, 2019 I was tested and had tested positive for Dengue IGM and IGG.
Also I tested positive for Dengue antigeno NSI
Is this going to help me, cross protection, or hurt me if I get covid-19?
Thanks for Podcast from Guatemala.

I read somewhere that there could be a risk of aerosolizing the virus using a CPAP, but I can't remember for the life of me where I read that. I do know that it was from the scientific community and not some random person making the hypothesis. Of course, if the choice is aerosolizing the virus and possibly saving a patient's life, you try to save the patient's life.

Question about coronavirus deaths not being reported: To what extend are medical examiners searching or required to search for coronavirus when doing autopsies deaths on people who died suddenly in their homes? I heard they may not because test kits are being saved to test living people.

I know we all are looking for treatment of Coranavirus but so far there is only one treatment and that is to improve the care system of infected people especially who develop viral pneumonia. All other trick we hear on internet are not working on seriously ill patients with coronavirus.

People are recovering due to immunity and we can give that credit to anything we come across.

To wear a mask or not wear a mask: the virus can be passed from a person without symptoms/signs. The viral load is not know as we can’t test by infecting people. The NIH has a study from 2008 describing the efficacy of using even homemade masks. It’s not just prudent, but urgent that mask wearing becomes standard ASAP.

I imagine sign language would be the safest language, although I think you just want to stay away form people for the most part.

As Italians speak a lot with their hands, I dunno about the language thing ;-)
The practice in English to produce 'L' with your tongue sticking out can't be safe, though. :-P
