If you play against high ranks you will get more points so yeah it's possible to hit plat 2 off 10 games. If you play against straight low ranks you will hit gold 1 1-2 games to plat

I got ranked gold 2 this season after all my wins and moved my way up to diamond. Almost every season I got placed in platinum and went to diamond

It all depends on previous rank, like being copper 4 on one season then winning all 10 would get you to around high silver and low gold
