Sagola 4500 Extreme Review & Demo

This is a Review & Demonstration of the Sagola 4500 Extreme LXT Clear 1.4mm Spray Gun. I will go through the settings I have found work best for clear. I will be demonstrating on a Nissan S13 Drift car, using Concept Paints MS22 Clear Coat with fast hardener. A 100% independent and unbiased review based on my opinion.

Hey Gunman, no questions today only kick ass results and with black at that.Thanks for answering all my questions the last month or so.I took that flg 4 and ran it wide open at 16lbs added 10% extra reducer to my ppg base and layed down the best paint I've ever shot.I went back and looked it over good 20min after cleaning my gun after the last coat of base and I couldn't find one panel or spot that I thought could be better.I did have to speed up some to run the gun that way but it gets enough material on so it just flows out together and lays flat as glass.I wasn't getting enough material on in the past and that always caused problems.Thanks for all the help you the man, the Gunman.

Was a die hard Sagola user. I shelifed my Sagola only for base..and my Sata 5000rp. for clear. How ever wide open its a good gun for single stage Nason.

Glad to hear you may revisit the sagola. Honestly the finishes you are able to produce with the GTI pro lite are amazing and far more consistent than what I can do with any gun. Purchased my GTI based on what you can do with it so probably won't give up on it but can't seem to find The middle ground. Either dry patches or runs. You have skills which I can not only appreciate but also admire. Your pretty much a bad ass with any gun in your hand and I'm pretty envious of that.

Great review as always :). I recently was choosing between the Devilbiss Gti Pro and the Sagola 4500 extreme. I wanted a 1.3mm air cap and with the Sagola I needed to buy it plus another cap, which brought it up to the same price as the Devilbiss Gti Pro Lite with te10 and te20 air caps.  Hence I purchased the Gti Pro Lite and am stoked, such awesome gun. Your review pretty well summed up what I thought the Sagola would be like, just glad now I went with the Devilbiss. Thanks ;)

top vid as always, glad i went with devilbiss not the sagola i like to go close and fast, not that there was anything wrong with the finish it looks fantastic . Be interesting to see how the sagola handles a true hs clear if you have a chance before returning it. Keep up the great work.

Isn't the Sagola 4500 supposed to be used at 29 PSI not 21 PSI? I use that gun constantly and find that it atomizes great and it's speed is about the same as a Tekna. One of the features I like is that it doesn't need any O-rings that need to be replaced in other guns.

I have always had great results using this gun. Sprayed clear with sata 5000, GTI pro lite, and Sagola 4500. Out of the 3 I get greatest finish with Sagola and sata. Have never had quality clear finish with GTI still to this day. Sprayed for close to 4 years so not the best in the world by any means but def know how to get a decent off the gun finish. Also maybe it's just me but that turn looks more like a half of a turn rather than a 1/4 of a turn. Just my observation...

Did you mold the rear over-fenders on, and if you did will there be a video of that process? I have been wanting to do the same thing with my S13 and I would love to hear some of your tricks.

These atomize really well. I used to swear by devilbiss untill i started trying different guns i found this and iwata wbx i kill it with. But a standard iwata w400 i struggle abit
