It’s actually a lot more offensive to those who didn’t have a choice or are still trying than those who chose not to have kids, though obviously it is to them too.

But a lot of people are desperate for children and can’t for many reasons and it’s an inhuman thing to mock. Period.

I wanted kids, I probably can’t and/or won’t have biological children at this point… I plan to adopt, which is normal in my family and the adopted children bring us the same joy as the ones by blood.

But if I found a partner I fell in love with who had children I loved I would do everything in my power to be the best parent I possibly can to them, fulfilling my lifelong quest to be a good parent and a positive influence to my children… to say a Step Mother isn’t a mother- some may not be but that’s not different for bio moms- is evil and ignorant.
