US$R and TR loomed over Poland, while he looked back at them with a wary expression.

“Why are you tormenting me... I-“

“SILENCE!”

There was a loud bang, Poland didn’t see who or what caused it. His head jerked back. His left side of his forehead suddenly dropped down with blood. He yelped and tried to fight back tears, he was clearly in agony, biting his bottom lip from screaming.

“Give us an answer to our question!” TR lashed at him, as US$R watched quietly, holding the gun. Poland suspected that he was the one who shot it.

He couldn’t really remember the question, he felt like his surroundings are spinning, unable to focus on what they wanted. He realised that US$R was prepared to shoot him again, judging by the way he’s holding the gun now. Poland hoped he wasn’t aiming for his heart or something. He shivered at the thought.

“Er ist nutzlos US$R…” TR muttered under his breath, as he casted a death stare at Poland.

“He won’t tell us the we should force him more..” US$R whispered to TR.

Upon hearing those words, Poland felt a shiver run down his spine. He had to make up a lie, but how?

Another bang was heard. His eyes widened and glanced to his chest.

Oh gosh no…

It was very close to his heart. US$R striked again. The blood loss is making him dizzier, but he had the instinct to clutch his wound, breathing heavily with fear. He gave a wounded look to both of them, it was pointless anyways.

He felt blood making their way up his mouth, and slowly trickled down from his lips to his chin. He hated the taste of blood. Time was running out, he had to make up a lie or distract them with something. They probably won’t get fooled though, obviously gonna receive another wound. He managed not to cry, but he was on the brink of tears. He let them flow down, it was hard not to resist the urge to do it. US$R and TR won’t feel pity for the wounded victim though, after all, he was their victim. He felt another rush of dizziness.

“WHY CAN’T YOU ANSWER US?” TR bellowed at him, while his eyes locked into Poland’s with a murderous look on his eyes. “DO WE HAVE TO TORTURE YOU UNTIL YOU DIE?”

Poland froze at the last sentence. He didn’t want to see TR’s face now, but somehow his neck started to ache, to the point where it was unbearable for him to move it. His heart pounded loudly in his chest as he overcame with fear.

He tried to get words out but nothing, especially when it was uncomfortable to talk with a mouth full of blood.

His left eye was gone now, replacing it with more blood on his face.

TR was now holding a knife on his hand, he looked extremely impatient, which made Poland wonder how he is able to prevent making sounds of pain right now. Especially with a wound on his head, chest and a missing eye.

I might still have an eye, if im lucky… Poland thought

His eyes were now barely keeping him awake. He felt like he was going to faint right there, how pathetic.

“P-p-please… I’ll answer y-you… I-I..” Poland panted, hyperventilating right now.

Sharp pain pierced through his lower neck, he flinched so hard that his eyes filled with horror and covered his upper area, needing to protect himself from then on. The pain was so excruciating that he barely focus into reality. Dots and swirls lanced Poland’s sight as his arms started to tremble.

A flash of silver passed.

He held out his hands for him to see, quaking so much. Blood stained his hands.

No…

He couldn’t faint right now!

He failed.

His eyes closed slowly,

As he drifted off into a world of darkness.

I think it perfectly describes what was happening in Poland in WWII. Polish people fighting back at first but after being pushed back, tortured and killed, they unwillingly went along with it. I know only a bit of Poland's history, but I do know that what was happening in my country wasn't half as bad as what was happening in Poland.
