When will they learn their job. In-service all these public servants on the constitution, law, and how to interact with the public and repeat it every year. Certify them, and when they infringe on the constitution, they will lose their qualified immunity and be fined personally. This is getting ridiculous that they don't know the constitution or law they took an oath to. This is really getting sad that we have to pay for employees who don't know their job.
