I ain’t afraid though my steps appear tentative
I scope it out then I throw myself into it
I ain’t ashamed in the fact that I’m sensitive
I believe that it is the perfect adjective
I wear my feelings on my sleeve I suggested it
It serves me better than to swallow in a sedative
I am what I am and I’m good at it
And you don’t like me well that isn’t fucking relevant

Don’t call me mad there’s a difference I am angry
And your choice to call me cute has offended me
I have power there are people who depend on me
And even you have time you wish to spend on me
I know you all think I’m unhinged
but wind it up and this honey bee stings
Did you think I was a puppet on strings?
Wind her up and this honey bee sings!

Smile

If you want me you can find me at the bar
Lost souls congregate at the bar
Take a minute and remember who you are
Sip your drink, sip one more and you’re a star

Ah
Sun and the shine
Ah
Smile

Even at nearly 61 years old, im still loving my new, indie, alternative rock. Wolf Alice are a freaking amazing band.

It appears the drummer is outstanding. He plays the drums with a luxurious draw.

Theo's bass intro is the best start to a track I've heard in memory. Really took me off guard. Reminds me of early grunge - Nirvana's Bleach album - pure attitude. Wish they would release this a live album

I am 617 years old and the way this band was heavy, pop, and hip hop all in the same song impresses me.

Absolutely brilliant - and Izzy from Black Honey!

The stacked vocals in that chorus are so lush and beautiful. A gorgeous contrast to the brutality of the verses.

Love the nod to "I Am One" too. Top track.

So nice to hear the variations in one song, from HEAVY, to sharp lyrics, to the wall of sound, to the bass, to the on point drumming. This is a big YESSS!!! for me.

Awesome! These kids are the best rock band of this era! This is such a good album. I thought "Visions of a Life" was the best, but this has push the envelope even further.

The riff at the start is giving me classic Smashing Pumpkins vibes, and that is a very good thing.

My gawd, just discovered Wolf Alice a few days ago (better late than never) and, Can’t. Stop. Listening. To. Them. A roller coaster of dancing, crying and just plain lovin’ this group. Looking forward to catching them on the road when they head out. Amazeballs!
