Old one makes him sound like a cool and fun guy while the new one makes him a Silly Billy in which i dig it more

I was attached to the old voice and it took me a while to get used to the new one. But now, the higher pitch lets me feel Billy's energy more, and he sounds more attuned with his mannerisms. Less manchild

The new VA is from what I heard Clifford Chapin aka the voice of Bakugo Katsuki in MHA

Idk about the previous VA but the way the current one says "manager" just makes my heart melt. It's kinda endearing in a way.

I recently learned that Amber Lee Connors is directing the english voiceovers for Zenless Zone Zero and my reaction was 2:
- So, that's the person behind this extremely high quality english voiceovers
- Damn, I was already a fan of this woman from her work as Furina, she never stops being amazing

Zenless english voiceovers are absolutely great, it truly extracts the talent of the voice actors and gives life to the game, it's truly magnificent; But Billy and Nekomata voice actors go a little beyond, they're extremely good

1.He sound "energetic" or "enthusiastic"
But old VA sounds like a normal guy that you put in a normal voice changer.

2.It fits his personality the new voice fits the body so well but the old sound normal😐

Both do well to capture his character, only difference is in the pitch of the voice, so it comes down to personal preference at the end really
