A stunning announcement from former Vice President Joe Biden confirms that the widow of his son, Beau, is in a relationship with his late son's brother, Hunter. Beau, a decorated Iraq war vet and Delaware's attorney general, died of brain cancer in 2015 at 46. Beau Biden's widow, Hallie, is now in a romantic relationship with his younger brother, Hunter, 47.
