I used Littman stethoscopes for years (18 years as an RN and 24 years as a family practice PA). As a PA I used the Cardiology 3 stethoscope periodically, but I preferred the Classic 2. I replaced the tubing as it was getting worn and it continued to work great. I tried others, but the Littman couldn't be beat.
