Wow this is an old video. I use thunderbird, but sadly with the newer versions it doesn't have themes other than the default dark and light themes.

Great tutorial thanks. However, it seems a bit out of date. When I install a theme, it installs immediately, I don't need to restart Thunderbird twice. Is this a bug?

that process didn't work on my system. Saved the theme Ok, but on clicking tools/add ons there are 4 options none of them called themes. Nearest choice is "appearance" and clicking on that doesn't give an option to install. any suggestions? Thanks.

How do I save my font settings in my e mail? Does anyone know? I change them to what I want them to be .. I write my e mail, send it and when I go to write a new e mail I have to change the font settings all over again...
