West Hills College Lemoore OER Degree Pathways

Ron Oxford, head librarian, and Kelsey Smith, OER librarian, share how West Hills College Lemoore is developing an Elementary Education OER Degree with Achieving the Dream and a Psychology Zero-Textbook-Cost (ZTC) degree for the California ZTC Degree program. West Hills is also one of the Technical Assistance providers for the California ZTC Degree program.
