The Senate Finance Committee has voted to advance Robert F. Kennedy Jr's nomination to serve as the health and human services secretary. NBC News' Ryan Nobles reports from Capitol Hill on the support and opposition to the nomination and GOP Sen. Bill Cassidy's eventual vote decision.
