Fun fact: I got my Szechuan Peppercorn from 50 Hertz and the reason they are called 50 Hertz is because the frequency of the tingling induced by Szechuan pepper is ~50 hertz. 🤯

Sidenote I just found out Sichuan Pepper is what we call 花椒 in the East, a close relative to 山椒 (Sansho) which I literally just had last night with my grilled eel. I might grab a bottle to experiment with!
