This video briefly tells how the Specialized Emergency Response Program, or SERP, was formed. Followed by one of the collaborated training exercises that took place in 2016.
SERP is a non-profit public-private partnership in Whatcom County that funds a team to respond to hazardous materials incidents.
The team consists of Industry, Fire, and Police Department personnel jointly participating in protecting Whatcom County with a unique multi-agency/industry Haz-Mat Program.
