Someone needs to make new laws and policies for public high schools. Grading and GPAs should be transparent. Lots of corruption in Texas high schools. Many students with higher SAT and ACT scores ranked lower than their classmates. How and why teachers grade students is a mystery and protected by confidentiality. Students participating and scoring high in UIL and Olympics graded lower than some others. "Some others" with rich parents gets be better grades. Suspicious.

Here's my opinion; public schools should be fully funded and money should NOT BE DIVERTED FOR PRIVATE SCHOOLS. When the Lottery was initiated and we voted, it was largely done because funding for public schools was promised. What happened? Teachers were supposed to have better pay and education improvements made. What happened to that. Private schools should not be taking funds from the public school system.
