Lab Up For Success With Cisco Modeling Labs

No matter what Cisco certification you’re preparing for, you know you need to do more than just read the book to be successful. You need to practice. You can scour the internet looking for used gear, but when you get it, you still need the space to rack it not to mention the power and cooling. Cisco Modeling Labs (CML) is a tool that provides you the virtual gear you need to practice for several Cisco certification exams with almost limitless topology possibilities. What’s more, you can “plug” packet sniffers in with just a few clicks, introduce link problems, and even connect to physical kit you do have. In this session, we will explore how you can use CML to setup your own home labs. We’ll dive into features such as traffic generation, packet capture, and external connectivity. Example topologies will be shared for a few scenarios to kick-start your studying and set you up for success.
