How Instant Pay Works for Employees

Employees get a notification on their smartphone alerting them that their Instant Pay offer is available. They can accept it and use their Instant Visa® debit card right away to make purchases, pay bills, shop online, withdraw at 33,000+ surcharge-free ATMs or they can transfer this money to a bank account.
