How do i fix this? (read desc)

Whenever i am editing a video it shows up where my screen is behind the video. I cannot move onto the video because it keeps me back where i cannot see the video thus i can't edit.

Also i am am on a chromebook if that helps

Oof idk I never edit I only do simple editing like adding stickers and crap lol
