Ive riolu and caly-ice version of this a couple times. What's hard is that Riolu is also prankster coaching, so under trick room, riolu has some use

Personally i prefer rioulu. It also has access to coaching, quick guard and crafty shield, making it always able to protect your ally from status&priority, or constantly buffing them if left unchecked. I had a team with max speed scarf calyrex ice, where i can spam coaching and glacial lance to outspeed unexpected opponents, or dynamax priority trickroom to turn off scarf and continue causing havok

The Prankster Copycat into TR can also work as an anti-Trick Room tool now that I think about it.
If you face against a regular Trick Room, it will be the last move used, so you could start next turn using Copycat and nulifying the TR, without giving a single moment to be used inside of it :P

I actually pair liepard or riolu with calyrex ice and both liepard and riolu has priority super effective move against calyrex ice liepard has sucker punch riolu has bullet punch, i use them to activate weakness policy on calyrex ice and my calyrex just straight up ohkoing everything lol

Sounds like a misplay from the liepard trick room trainer. If the opponent leads fake out then you always fake out the opposing fake out mon and click trick room, not max guard. The liepard + trick room trick is good because you have access to BOTH max guard + copycat and fake out + trick room, which is also reliable since liepard tends to be the fastest fake out user unless the opponent is running raichu. Knowing which one to use in which situation as well as being able to mix up the lead itself is what makes this archetype strong.

I was wondering why you used Fake Out 3 turns in a row. I know the Copycat/Max Guard form Trick Room interaction, but didn't even think about Fake Out spam as a way to counter it with the Priority Tier being right in the middle of the 2.

You may be able to fool the general viewer base with your strategy but unfortunately for u my irl ability is stalwart and you wont be able to missdirect my attention.
