netplwiz(control userpasswords2) missing 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer'

Occurrence:
in Windows 10 version 2004(20h1) and above

Resolution:
1. Microsoft account user
Open Settings - Accounts - Sign-in options
Turn off 'Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts'

2. Both Local account, or Microsoft account user

Or, copy and paste below lines to .txt file, and rename .txt to .reg
