Plan Your Year: Step By Step Process to Plan Your Yearly Goals AND Get Them Done

I love love LOVE planning. It’s kinda my thing. I’m a Project Manager by habit and by trade. It’s about that time to start planning for 2023 and in this video I’m taking you through my yearly planning process. I’m going to warn you, I can be pretty extra when it comes to planning (because like I said, I love it!). I am here to give you your flowers!! i am gearing up for next year and i was going to do the Goal, strategy, tactic method and add everything to notion, but this breaks those steps down so much further!!! thank you!! i cant wait to move everything from my wall to Notion (trello alternative)
I also made my own planner a few years back, last year, I finally started selling it! Its made for other Business Owning, over planners like myself lol. I packed it with everything i could think of, meeting agendas, travel planners, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, a savings tracker and a lot more lol

This was such a good video! I use most of the same process, but I picked up a few extra tips along the way.

I also LOVE a planner. I use Cloth & Paper inserts because I can customize my planner set up. I’m also working on a few inserts of my own to customize it even further.

Thank you, this was such an approachable video about how to plan! I would love a video that elaborates more on the brainstorming tasks step. I am one of those people that gets overwhelmed easily, so I would love to hear your thoughts on that. Also, have you heard of Deep Work and how do you think that can be incorporated into these planning steps? I am very much a sprinter rather than a routine-based person.

Hey Lib, thanks for sharing your process.
While I was watching and you spoke about your Mom, I realise that many people don't have a high achiever in their life to help to guide and inspire them.

I also identified that, I want to see a full in depth sharing from someone, full transparency of what they are planning and why they want to achieve what they have on their post it notes.

I would love to see the vision board too. I'm just deeply curious like that. I see so many videos come out of this 1 video lol
