Out of all the characters, I always theorized that Bayonetta would end up with either Rodin or Jeanne.

One thing that has always been implied in Bayonetta lore is that at one point in time before the first game, Bay and Rodin were friends with benefits. It still carries over in their interactions to this day.

I just wish it wasn't so annoyingly difficult to unlock Rodin. I'm not even talking about how hard his fight apparently is, I'm talking about all the grinding it takes to even have a chance to fight him... Then if you can't beat him, you have to grind all the way back to 999, 999 to buy him as a weapon instead. I finished the game last night and put it back on my shelf because I know I'll never grind that much unfortunately. I'd love to try his weapon out.
