Hey !! I have an e90 with Eibach pro lowering springs, on 18" wheels
I have the same 2 cases you have.
I will save you few bucks by telling you that the springs are responsible for the ride hight and not the shocks.
Usually rear shocks last a very long time and they will make no hight difference if you change them.
And usually the rear can be seen more saggy than the front (same case with mine ).

As for the rubbing this is the only thing that i can complain about ... It bothers me when i have passengers other wise its the best ride !!

I have the same car as yours and debating if I should get a coilover or lowering springs with upgraded shocks and struts. The coilover is Bilstein B14 performance coilover kit for $814. It's going to be similar $amount if I do the H&R spring with Bilstein B8 shocks/struts. I want to lower my car but at the same time don't want to lose the comfort since it's my daily. Any advice which one would you prefer or the difference between the two?

Hey man. Did you end up replacing those rear shocks? I have the same issue with reverse rake when I installed my springs. Curious to know if new shocks fixed the issue
