Belgrade Nightlife - What is it like going out in Serbia?

We go out to a couple of bars to see what the nightlife is like in Belgrade, Serbia.

Just one not abohiut stray animals around Belgrade and Serbia in general.
All of those dogs and (even more, but more scared to show off) cats, are mostly controlled, vaccinated, etc by many of animal associations and by government.
Sadly they don't all get homes, but some actually do, and are pets of packs of kids in the neighborhood. Kids and old people tend to them, and often you can find anonymous shelters in form of dog houses, blanketed boxes and bowls of food people leave for animals.
Some of those strays prefer to look for own way or are happy to just become hobos at places where some free food is available. Same as humans.
None of them are aggressive, nor there are dangerous spices roaming free. Most, if not all, have city collars. Blue collard are cool, yellow are females with pups, red are those that you don't touch if you don't want to be touched, they are alphas, but not aggressive to humans.
Policy is, which Is great IMO - live and let live. There are far worse humans nobody can do anything to get them off the streets, so why denying a free life for animals.

Legit 160 is expensive in Serbia. You can have drinks for 120 in cafes or 70 in front of a store (serbs favourite place)
