The subject of the video is excellent but as the world is so big, I suggest shooting a series, each one focusing on a different region, like Central America, Eastern Europe, South East Asia and so on.

the other thing to consider when buying real estate in another countries is currency fluctuation. yes the USD is going down but many of these countries preffer USD. especially Cambodia. try to pay for something small in dollars and get change back in dollars. They give you change in their currency because they dont want it. so even if you charge rents in USD you are still not free of the USD risk.

1- What are the important points should we take in consideration in any country investing in real estate if our gaol is to rent out?
2- is Ukraine and Armenia good places to invest in real estate for the same goal?

thanks for the info..one related question.when buying a real estate in these countries should we finalize a deal in dollars or local currency...some countries have so much fluctuation that by the time wire of such huge amount reaches destination we already loose money due to their currency going down..pls share your opinion.
