Hey I'm joining Schneider on the 22nd beginning the 23 for my first day. I'm new and had a very rough start. Relocated to Salt Lake City for a woman and that is coming to an end. I sure hope Schneider doesn't treat me bad. They have an awesome reputation. Giving this my all. Trying to learn more about the Western 11.

im not in the trucking industry but dude is right, JB Hunt has the intermodel locked in the Chicago area . Chicago has to be the intermodel capital in the U.S, seriously thinking of transitioning to driving a truck.

I'm currently at schneider national dry van division and been there 2 months and I love it all depends how u make of it and trust me my first week there running I got a few loads but once they started seeing me run and moving they kept me going now I do about 4 to 6 loads a week and make good money and this is barely my first time out here I'm learning the ropes as well but I have to say schneider is true what they do great company and great opportunity there with thrm but all depends on you how u make it u lazy and don't do anything they won't run you but if u hustle move and do what is needed they keep u going plus u gotta be able to understand things happen and not take it personally there times I had bad days but the shippers make it worth it while like made it better getting me out fast and being respectable to them so is a win win for both

I am a recent graduate with a CDL-A with Tanker and HazMat Endorsements.  I reviewed both Schneider and JB Hunts websites under their varying job vacancy postings.  I noticed that Schneider offers a Inexperienced Regional Driver position up in the NorthWest States, such as Washington, Oregon...  Do you know much about this particular program/job opportunity?  Do they transport freight into /Vancouver, Canada?  It says its 95% no touch freight, but they don't post the pay or cents per mile rate.  Concerning salary what would I normally start out at as an inexperienced driver like that posted/referenced above?  JB Hunt also has openings in the NorthWest, but they say you can make up to $55, 000...Is this dependent on what they assign you?  In your opinion if you could do over things, and that's if you would want to...As a entry level/inexperienced driver, which company would you start with and which as the best starting competitive pay?  Thank you in advance for your time and information, I truly appreciate your help overall.
