3:22 you can save time by just add the parent folder of your game. So if you game.exe inside TitleGame folder then you need just add TitleGame folder then everything looks good.

When the set up ask for the application name and application version… 1: does the application name have to include the .EXE and 2: how do you know what the application version is? Thank you

You "ARE NOT" making an installer for your game... You have downloaded an installer program, and you are CONFIGURING the Inno installer program, to install your game. What I was expecting to see, because your VIDEO TITLE SAYS "How to make a installer for your unity game", was Creating an Installer program from SCRATCH, using a programming language, like C#.
You need to rename your video TITLE, to something like, "How to CONFIGURE THE INNO installer program, to install your game"!!!
