If anyone's wondering, it still works.
click the patch file >> add items >> manual save >> close Cheat Engine >> manual save again >> restart game.

Ubisoft didn't give me New Game plus, so this is a decent alternative.

If I unlock items from a DLC it won't affect future missions from that dlc and won't break the game? Thank you

Can confirm this works in version 1.7.0. Make sure you do a manual save once you've collected everything.

"Did not find a spot to patch, check AOB"
