While it's quite impressive what the ReactOS team has achieved, I would not use it productively yet. It's an alpha after all, and NT 6.0 is still in development. But I really have a great feeling that they're on a great track.

Looks much like wine. The icons are the same and programs like the internet explorer are from wine, too

ReactOS can run most programs that are made for Windows XP and Server 2003.
And I think ReactOS is based of Windows Server 2003.

ReactOS emulator is online, to use it:
Go to copy.sh/v86
Click ReactOS.
Wait for the imugaes to download.
Done!
