That is nice Ken, love the 12/12 roofs... and the math is easy!
I built something similar in 2007, with build outs 28x38 shed and doghouse dormers.

Ken do you remember how much of a drop off there was from front to back? I have appx 6 feet difference and they suggest I go with Frost walls rather then a slab.

I like architectural shingles but a metal roof will last much longer. The rest of the design is great.
