2) From a musical standpoint: Wow! This young lady sounds like Karen Carpenter, and that is about the highest compliment I can give a singer. I was the youngest of 5 kids. My older sister played the Carpenters all the time. I was a teen in the 80s so was more of a hair band music guy, but Karen Carpenters voice did (and still does) relax me and takes me back to my child days. i think of Brady Bunch, playing in the yard and the excitement of an approaching Christmas when I hear her voice.
